Damage and Refunds

At Premavilas, we take utmost care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or not as described, please contact us immediately.

To report any issue, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof of the product and packaging.

Important: Please do not accept the parcel if the safety tape is tampered or opened.

Where Should Customers Send Unboxing Videos?

To submit an unboxing video as proof for a missing items claim, customers can use either of the following methods:

1. Email Attachment or Cloud Link

If your video file is small (usually under 25 MB):
– Attach it directly to your email and send it to care@premavilas.com

If your video file is large:
– Upload the video to a cloud storage service such as Google Drive
– Set the file permissions to "Anyone with the link can view"
– Copy the shareable link
– Paste the link into your email and send it to care@premavilas.com

What to Include in the Email:

Your order number

The name and contact details used for your order

The unboxing video (attached or linked)

Important Tips:

Ensure the video link is accessible (not restricted)

Double-check all details before sending your claim

If you need help, reach out to the support team for step-by-step instructions

Important Notice

Once your parcel is shipped from our facility, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances.

Delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the customer is unreachable by phone at the time of delivery — in such cases, no refund or replacement will be applicable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At www.premavilas.com, we prepare and dispatch every order with utmost care to ensure timely and fresh delivery. Once an order is confirmed, it moves into processing immediately — hence, cancellations are generally not allowed.

However, cancellations may be considered under limited conditions as detailed below:

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations may be allowed only if the order has not been packed or dispatched, and in one of the following situations:

Duplicate order placed by mistake

Incorrect delivery address entered and reported immediately

Items are out of stock at the time of confirmation

Request made before packing/shipping begins

All cancellation requests must be sent to care@premavilas.com with your order details. Approval is subject to review.

Premavilas-Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel your order in the following cases:

Delivery address falls outside our serviceable area

We are unable to reach you for order confirmation

Items are unavailable or discontinued

Errors in pricing or product details on the website

Suspicious or high-risk transactions

Courier service disruptions, strikes, or natural calamities

In the event of a cancellation from our side, applicable refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy, and you will be notified via phone, SMS, or email.

Tamil Nadu & Puducherry: 2–4 business days
(Rest of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry)

South Indian States (Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala): 3–5 business days

Rest of India: 4–7 business days
(Rest of India)

Remote Locations: Up to 8–9 business days

Shipping Costs

Tamil Nadu: ₹70 per kg

Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana: ₹100 per kg

Other States (by air): ₹250 per kg

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order’s total weight, package size, and delivery location.

The shipping fee is included in your order total and collected at the time of purchase.
The amount shown at checkout is the final shipping cost — no additional charges will apply.

Order Dispatch

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day, subject to product availability and payment confirmation.

Weekend dispatches are avoided since courier delays can occur on  weekends, which may impact product quality in transit.

Festival Delays

During festival months, dispatch and delivery may be delayed due to reasons such as stock shortages and overloaded shipments.

Shipping Details

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Any delay due to incorrect information will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Customers can track their orders on the courier company's website using the tracking number provided at the time of order placement.
Delivery timings and days will follow the courier company’s policies.
