Cancellation and Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can be made before the cut-off time of 1:00 PM on the day of the shipping slot. During festival seasons, cancellations need to be made at least one day before the cut-off time. Please contact our customer service team for any cancellation requests.

 

REFUNDS

We will refund all payments for canceled orders to the same account used for the original payment. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

 

FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction, we reserve the sole discretion to cancel such orders without prior notice.

 

RETURN POLICY

We don't have any return policy if any of the product which is delivered to you not matching with your order will check within the team and will notify you between 24 hours from the time of your request. If approved, we will refund the amount in your registered bank account within 7-14 days.
