1. Do you offer shipping across India?
Yes, we provide shipping across India.
2. When will my order be delivered?
Estimated delivery times are provided with each order. Typically, delivery takes 2 to 4 working days. While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, factors such as product availability and courier delays may affect delivery. You can check the expected delivery timeline for your location.
3. When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day.
4. How will I receive information about my order delivery?
You will receive the AWB No. at your registered email ID, which can be used to track your order via the provided tracking link. Our courier partner will contact you before delivery.
5. How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please call our customer support number. Orders can only be canceled before 1 PM on the day of purchase. If you make a purchase after 1 PM, please make sure to cancel the order before 1 PM the following business day.
6. What happens during National Holidays?
Orders will not be processed or dispatched on National Holidays.
7. What if my order is delayed beyond the given timeline?
If your delivery exceeds the mentioned timeframe, we will escalate the issue with our courier partner and arrange delivery within 24-48 hours.
8. What if the items I receive are damaged?
Please provide photographs of the damaged products immediately upon receipt. Any damage must be reported on the same day via WhatsApp at +91 94897 99544. Based on the evaluation, a refund will be issued. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for damage reports made after 1, 2, or 3 days.
